Schlüsselworte: Who are you? How we answer that question will determine whose voice we listen to in life, whether the world's voice or God's voice. The man without Christ sees himself as just one more member of human society and tries to fit in as best he can. But the man in Christ sees himself as part of God's eternal family. He lives out the values of God. The Christian life is a life lived in the grace of God. We do not earn our salvation, rather we receive it by grace through faith. As we identify with God's family, and as we rely on his grace, we receive the strength we need to walk according to his will and to stand against temptation and evil. Watchman Nee's commentary on Ephesians is entitled Sit, Walk, Stand. The first three chapters are about "sitting in Christ" - identifying in him, receiving his grace, being enlightened in our hearts, and knowing and growing in his love. Then chapter four is about "walking" or living the Christian life. And the last part of the book is about "standing" against the enemy or engaging in spiritual warfare. Only as we "sit" in Christ do we have the strength to "walk" as he walked and to "stand" against the enemy. Today we are looking at walking in the love and light of Christ. The key to walking or living the Christian life is to identify with Christ. – Pastor David Packer
